How do I book a session?
You can schedule directly through my online booking system or contact me via email or phone. New clients are encouraged to book a free 10–15 minute consultation to ensure the best service match.

Do you offer virtual appointments?
Consultations can be either virtual or in-person, and some of my Qigong classes are offered virtually.

How long is a typical session?
Session length varies depending on the service, anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes. Longer healing sessions, bundles, and multi-session programs are also available.

What should I expect during my first session?
Your first acupuncture appointment includes a thorough health history intake, discussion of your goals, and the acupuncture treatment itself. After your treatment you will be offered suggestions for herbs/supplements, nutritional suggestions, and “homework” guidance such as recommended lifestyle changes, self-care practices, etc.
