Private Healing Sessions

  • A person receiving an acupuncture treatment, with thin needles being inserted into their skin.

    Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a traditional healing practice that involves the gentle insertion of very thin needles into specific points on the body. This natural therapy aims to restore balance and promote the flow of energy, or "Qi," throughout the body through stimulation of these points. Moxibustion, a deeply nourishing form of heat therapy, may also be applied if appropriate.

Often used to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and enhance overall vitality, acupuncture offers a nurturing and holistic approach to health that harmonizes mind, body, and spirit. My acupuncture sessions include personalized guidance regarding nutrition, herbs, supplements, and lifestyle changes to support your unique health goals and challenges.

  • Floral Acupuncture (Needle-free Treatment)

Floral Acupuncture is a gentle, needle-free treatment that can be profound for healing on the mental. emotional. and spiritual levels. In this treatment, carefully selected flower essences (a form of vibrational medicine made from flowers) are applied to specific acupuncture points to promote emotional balance and deeper connection to your most vibrant and authentic self.

Unlike traditional acupuncture, Floral Acupuncture relies on the subtle vibrational energy of flowers, making it ideal for those sensitive to needles. This is a unique, nurturing, and powerful modality for healing on the psycho-spiritual level, making it ideal for clients who are on a journey of inner personal growth and healing.

  • Person receiving a massage on their arm at a spa or massage therapy setting.

    Massage

In my practice I offer therapeutic massage both in “combination sessions” with acupuncture, or in stand-alone massage sessions of 50 or 80 minutes. My style as a massage practitioner is nurturing and intuitive, and will often include gentle acupressure on the meridians and acupuncture points of the body. I utilize high quality essential oils and handcrafted liniments in my bodywork sessions, at no additional charge. Clients also have the option to add 15 minutes of cupping and/or guasha to a massage session if even deeper bodywork work is desired.

  • A person performing cupping therapy on a patient's back.

    Cupping

Using traditional glass cups, this therapy enhances circulation, relieves muscle tension, and encourages your body’s own restorative processes. A wonderful modality for chronic pain and muscle tension, cupping also can have a mildly detoxifying effect. 15 minute sessions of cupping therapy can be added on to an acupuncture or massage session, and can be combined with guasha if desired.

  • Skincare products including a small bottle of serum, a rose quartz facial roller, a jade roller, and two pieces of rose quartz crystals on a white surface.

    Guasha

Gua Sha is a traditional healing technique that uses a smooth-edged tool to gently scrape the skin. This process helps to stimulate circulation, relieve muscle tension, and promote natural healing. 15 minute sessions of guasha can be added on to an acupuncture or massage session, and can be combined with cupping therapy if desired.

    Combination Sessions

For returning clients only. A deeply relaxing combination of modalities designed to nourish your body and soothe your mind, promoting balance and calm. 80 minute combination sessions consist of a check-in, a half-hour of bodywork, and a half-hour acupuncture treatment. One of my most popular offerings, clients repeatedly report a feeling of total bliss when they get off the table after their acupuncture-massage combination sessions.
